Tim Mark Garcia, the new head of public relations for designer Marc Jacobs' men's division, is out on bond and is facing extradition back to the Philippines, according to New York Post Page Six. His Park Avenue condo, purchased in his name, was supposedly bought with stolen money by his dad, former Armed Forces of the Philippines comptroller Major General Carlos F. Garcia. His father has been accused of stealing $6.2 million in public funds.
Garcia's lawyer denies the charges and no one at Marc Jacobs has returned any calls.
