President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo already knows what she's going to do when she vacates Malacañang Palace next month.
The outgoing president was proclaimed as the winner of the congressional race in Pampanga's second district at around 7 p.m. this evening, reports GMANews.TV. She will be taking over the post that will be vacated by her son, Juan Miguel "Mikey" Arroyo.
GMANews.TV also reports that Mrs. Arroyo's brother-in-law, Negros Occidental Rep. Ignacio "Iggy" Arroyo Jr., said the President is likely to target the House Speakership when the new Congress opens in July.
