Pacman set to fight Tim Bradley on June 9 in Las Vegas

Interaksyon.com reports that Pinoy boxing champ Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao will defend his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title against American Tim Bradley on June 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

 

The report pointed out that while Bradley is "not a marquee name," he is still a formidable opponent for Pacman. Bradley , 28, has a record of 28 wins and no losses.

 

According to the report, the news about the Pacquiao-Bradley bout was confirmed by Pacquiao’s adviser Mike Koncz early Tuesday morning (February 7).

    I've never even seen Bradley fight so i don't know what he brings to the table. He's the one they've got for now, not dodger Mayweather, not Marquez (Pacquiao's poison), not even Lamont Peterson. If only Edwin Valero, the hardest puncher in the sport, didn't kill himself a couple of years back, then that would've been one heck of a duke-out. Pac-man duking it out with Bradley has all the trimmings of a sleeper. The one to watch out for is Mayweather-Cotto on Cinco de Mayo, that is, if moneymay doesn't have a nervous breakdown leading to the fight.
