9. Turkish Pastries at Anatolia Cuisine
While other vendors waited in line to get stalls at the Salcedo Market, Anatolia Cuisine got in without waiting and edged out 700 others on the list. Selling Turkish pastries and desserts, they used to share a space with a shawarma vendor but eventually got their own table and filled it with Baklava (P2,500 good for for 40 people, P1250 for half a tray and P250 for 12 pieces) and Borek-Spinach Quiche (P75). Anatolia Cuisine has joined the Baker's Dozen Fair at the Powerplant Mall and can also be found at the Salcedo Market on Saturdays and at the Legazpi Market on Sundays.
