we called yakimix to reserve a seat and we are given seat for 4 people @ 7pm.2nd batch they say. We arrived 6:45 and yes we have to wait for our turn,we were given ice tea while waiting, but we noticed that it's already 8:00 and we haven't been seated yet. we asked what time will we be seated, they said between 7:30 to 8:30.. And to think we have reservations!!!!! we waited till 8:30,but wtill with no seat. I talked again to the waitress, but they're just too apathetic....they didnt even bother doing anythin about it..we had to leave and ended up looking for another restaurant at 9pm. hungry and tired. Yakimix people don't know how to handle costumers, i will never even bother try eating there.

I would avoid Yakimix at MoA as long as the manager, Chito, is there. In fact, you should avoid any branch he's assigned to or at least pray he isn't the manager should you encounter any problems. The man has very bad customer service skills. He likes making excuses but would never indicate any willingness to correct the problem.

The host and some of the waiters are just apathetic. They just stood there taking everything in and then quickly ignored us when Chito arrived.

Employees like this kill business reputation.

Yakimix may boast about the quality of their food but with staff like this I'd rather spend thrice as much to eat at Sofitel.

Another branch of Yakimix is at 2/F Forum Bldg. 270 Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Telephon Nos. 3857500 and 3328073. There's also one in MOA, if I'm not mistaken. Yakimix is a must try and good alternative to Saisaki/Dad's
