Gourmet Italian pasta meets fast-food speed at new noodle place, Goodles, which makes al dente dishes conveniently ready to go. Located appropriately in Robinsons Galleria near Robinsons Movieworld, Goodles' all-pasta menu is prepared and served fast, without sacrificing quality.
Sharleen Tan, Goodles' proprietor, introduces all-original pasta recipes, served in convenient containers that can be taken practically anywhere: Chicken Vodka (P140), a simple mix of vodka-infused cream sauce and farfalle noodles with bits and pieces of ham, chicken and olives; Garlic Shrimp and Chorizo (P170) combines flavorful Spanish chorizo and juicy white shrimps tossed in linguine noodles. Goodles also puts a new twist on an old favorite: the Grape Carbonara (P165) has sweet and juicy green grapes that provide a delicious contrast to the creamy Carbonara sauce.
"Goodles was a to-go concept, because when you want restaurant-quality pasta, you sit down and you wait, but there are people who are on the go who want something more healthy and fulfilling. We offer you the convenience," Tan shared.
Some of the menu's top hits: "Moroccan Beef, which puts together chunky beef sauce and flavorful spices with linguine noodles. Grape Carbonara also, because it [balances the creamy taste with the sweetness of the grapes]."
