California Pizza Kitchen's new offerings: Baja Fish Tacos, Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, and BBQ Chicken with Applewood Smoked Bacon

Serving California-style cuisine, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) launches three new menu items starting April 26: Baja Fish Tacos (P295), Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza (P375) and BBQ Chicken with Applewood Smoked Bacon (P475).

The Baja Fish Tacos, a platter with two tacos with sautéed wild-caught Mahi Mahi, fresh shredded cabbage and homemade ranchito sauce, is a healthy alternative and is served with blue corn tortilla chips and tasty homemade roasted tomato salsa.

The pizza gets a tropical twist with fresh pineapple, BBQ chicken, smoked Gouda and Mozzarella cheeses, barbecue sauce, sliced red onions and cilantro topping the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza. If you fancy strong sweet-savory flavors, the BBQ Chicken with Applewood Smoked Bacon is an easy pick, which is made with BBQ chicken, applewood smoked bacon, smoked Gouda and Mozzarella cheeses, barbecue sauce, sliced red onions and cilantro.
