And I thought we had an isolated case, group of us went to Dencio's Trinoma to avail to the promo, we waited in line and asked them if the promo was available before hand, they said yes, so we waited to be seated after 1 hour, then we ordered food planning to cap it off with the promo, and since there were already restos offering margarita, and cosmopolitan in makati we opted to order mojitos, the waiter said that they ran out of mint leaves, well its not a mojito without mint leaves, after having our sub standard margarita, and cosmopolitan that has a varying taste, lo and behold they were serving mojitos at the other table. well we don't like to make a scene out of it, we asked the bartender regarding the availability of mojitos and he said that it was available all night. again there seems to be an uninformed waiter. suggestions: in the future go inside ask 3 or 4 waiters the same question just to clarify. food 3/5 stars, promo 2/5 stars, waiters 0.5/5 stars, HR trainors go find another job.

After reading this article last Aug. 3, I asked my former colleagues for a get together at Dencio's to avail the Bottomless drinks promo for Php 295.00 (Cosmopolitan, Frozen Margarita & Mojito). Some of us are coming from Makati & Manila but we decided to meet at Scout Albano branch. Some of us got there first so we ordered already, the waiter informed us that the Mojito is out of stock so we ordered for Cosmopolitan instead. After a few minutes he came back informing us, to our dismay that all of the drinks are not available since the stocks wasn't delivered. I had a feeling that they are doing this on purpose but I just shrugged it off and ordered for a bucket of super dry instead. After an hour or so, the other 2 came & they weren't happy abt. the unavailability of the promo.
One of my former colleagues was so irked about this so she complained and even showed them the print out I have of this article (for protection in case they will deny that such promo doesn't exist). She told them that if the stocks won't be available they shouldn't have advertised the promo. And guess what, another server came apologizing to us that there has been confusion & only the mojito was out of stock.
At the end of the day, we were able to avail of the promo & catch up with old friends. It just sucks that we have to be played on by the servers. Oh and don’t order the macho nachos because it was too oily and the meat didn’t taste so good. Just order the tomato & cheese toppings instead.
