Mama Sita’s, the popular Pinoy brand for sauces and mixes, launched their newest cookbook, Mama Sita’s Homestyle Recipes: A Journal of Good Food.
Filled with family recipes compiled by "Mama Sita" Reyes--who comes from the family that started the Filipino restaurant, Aristocrat, and is known for her passion for cooking--the cookbook includes both traditional and contemporary Filipino favorites. Vegetarian dishes, low-fat and oil-free concoctions, as well as amusing anecdotes and useful tips, are also part of the full-color recipe book. According to Peachy Reyes, grandchild of "Mama Sita," all the recipes have been tested by the Reyes family during family get-togethers and their daily meals.
