(SPOT.ph) It's just become a little easier to stick to your "eat healthy" resolution: Rustan’s Supermarket recently launched Gourmet-To-Go dishes, dietician-certified dishes now available at their Gourmet-to-Go counters.

Each of the low-cal Asian and Mediterranean dishes has approximately 300 calories per serving and are all priced under P220: choose from Beef Broccoli with Asian Fried Brown Rice, Chicken Sate with Pickled Shiitake and Brown Rice, and Pork Tenderloin Kebab with Yogurt Sauce, Roasted Tomatoes and Couscous, a dish which fuses Mediterranean flavors.

A big seafood fan? Fish meals include Cajun Fish Fillet with Mango Salsa and Brown Rice Jambalaya, Poached Salmon with Steamed Vegetables and Pilaf Brown Rice, and Haru-maki Wrap with Sweet Chili Sauce, a Japanese interpretation of spring rolls. Vegan options are also available: Vegan-Asian Chili Garlic Tofu with Garlic Brown Rice and Nilasing na Mangga and the Roasted Vegetable Corn Relish with Mushroom Couscous, Tomato and Onion with Garlic Aioli are on the menu for those who are going meat-free.

Available at Rustan’s Supermarket in Makati, Powerplant Mall, Shangri-la Plaza Mall, and Katipunan.
