These homegrown goodies will be at a proudly local food bazaar this weekend
The Philippine Harvest bazaar is one of the events leading up to Madrid Fusion 2017.
(SPOT.ph) Madrid Fusion is on its third year in Manila—are you excited to see what they have in store? Happening in April, the expo brings together Filipino and Spanish chefs who showcase their craft by creating dishes exclusively available at the event. There are still a couple of months left to go, but you can have a taste of what to expect at The 4th Philippine Harvest. Happening this weekend from February 17 to 19 at Central Square, BGC, the food bazaar showcases artisanal products by Madrid Fusion participants. Check out some of the products they'll have available.
