Published: Jun 5, 2009 - 9:19am

frenchfilmThe 14th French Film Festival opens tonight, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Shang Cineplex 3.   This year's festival features fourteen films which have been presented at the Cannes Film Festival, and includes local films such as "Independencia" by Raya Martin, "Sabongero" by Janice Perez and "Serbis" by Cannes award-winning director for 2009, Brillante Mendoza.
