COOK UP A THAI STORM
Learn the basics of Thai cuisine from Master Chef Phacharaporn "Tun" Noinak's Royal Thai Cooking Classes on March 13, 10:30 a.m. at the Benjarong Royal Thai Restaurant in Dusit Hotel Nikko. The featured dishes on March 13 are Tom Yam Gung (hot and sour prawn soup) and Yam Pla Duk Foo (crispy fried catfish with green mango salad). Registration fee is P1,200, inclusive of certificate of participation, recipes of Chef Tun's featured specialties, complimentary lunch and a round of featured Thai drink for each person.
