Join Diamond Hotel’s New Year’s Eve party (P750 net/person) at the 27th Floor Sky Lounge. The lobby coffeeshop will also offer a New Year’s Eve dinner at P2,011/head.

Dusit will offer a Crossover Buffet (P2,500) on New Year’s Eve, which will include dishes from Basix, Tosca, Umu, and Benjarong. Pay P3,800 to join the countdown festivities at the lobby. Live bands will perform from 10 p.m. onwards.

Makati Shangri-La will ring in the new year with a dinner buffet (P5,000++/person) at the lobby lounge with live performances by Arthur Manuntag, Karylle, and the Version 4.0 band.

Hyatt will be offering a New Year's Eve Rendezvous room package.  Rates start at P8,500++ per night for a minimum of two nights. This package will be offered from December 30 2010 to January 1, 2011 only.

Market Café will offer a New Year’s Eve dinner buffet (P1,888 net/person) on December 31 and a New Year’s Day lunch buffet (P1,688 net/person) on January 1. Indulge in an abundant feast of international dishes such as Rosemary Leg of Lamb, Roast Turkey, Seafood Paella, Lechon de Leche, Pastel De Lengua, Sheek Kebob, Baby Lobsters, and Prawns and Beef Wrapped in Bacon, among others. The buffet comes with free-flowing Jacob's Creek red and white wines, sparkling wine, soft drinks, iced tea and local beers.

The Li Li Royal Banquet will offer authentic Cantonese dishes in an eight-course set menu and 11-course lauriat menu to be prepared by Chef de Cuisine Andy Chan. The set menus will be available on December 31, 2010 for dinner and on January 1, 2011 for lunch. Dishes include Wok-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Shrimps, Steamed Cod, Imperial Peking Duck, Taro and Scallops with Golden Mushrooms, Steamed Garoupa, and Crispy-Fried Sea Mantis Lobster. All set and lauriat menus come with a complimentary glass of Jacob's Creek red or white wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks, iced tea or local beer.

Celebrate the New Year with an intimate seven-course dinner menu featuring Foie Gras Au Torchon, Tomato Consommé with Egg and Herb Royale, and Organic Greens and Vegetable Pearls with Hazelnut Dressing at The Fireplace.

Oakroom will offer a New Year’s Eve buffet dinner (P2,356 net/adult; half the price for children ages four to 12) from 7 to 10 p.m.. There will also be a New Year’s Eve countdown party at the Oakroom bar (P2,356.22 net/person) from 11 p.m. (December 31, 2010) to 2 a.m. (January 1, 2011).

Join the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball and Dinner (P6,700/adult inclusive of a glass of Champagne, P6,200/adult, and P3,700/child) from 9 p.m. (December 31) to 3 a.m. (January 1) at The Lobby. The event will feature Nonoy Lopez and his band, and Hyperbeat. The dinner buffet will be open from 9 p.m. to 12 midnight. On January 1, there will be a breakfast buffet from 10 a.m. to 12 noon (P990/adult and P599/child under 12).

Escolta will offer a lunch buffet (P1,250/adult and P750/child under 12) from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on December 31. There will also be a dinner buffet (P3,400/adult inclusive of a glass of Champagne, P2,900/adult, and P1,700/child under 12). On New Year’s Day, a breakfast buffet will be available (P990/adult and P599/child under 12) from 5 to 10 a.m.

Old Manila will offer a five-course set dinner menu on December 31, 6:30 to 11 p.m. Rates are P4,500/adult inclusive of a glass of Champagne and P4,000/adult.

Get the Salon de Ning Rose Champagne and Asian-inspired tapas at P1,500 (consumable) from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
