Chinese Cuisine is a part of the Food Lovers Program developed by Enderun Colleges for food enthusiasts and non-professional cooks who want to be introduced to basic culinary skills and recipes in an intimate and friendly setting. Discover the sectrest of Dim Sum, the delectable bite size appatizers of the Cantonese cuisine from Chef See Cheong Yan.
