In Moralde "Ral" Arrogante's Wheels & Wings exhibition at Alliance Française's Total Gallery, there are birds and bats which he calls acrobats, alien-looking birds which he calls "parang ibon" (bird-like) or "ibon sa parang" (bird in the field), as well as flying fish and other winged sea creatures. The exhibit also features wonderful "toys" of brass, copper and colored aluminum from printing plates, and artistic "toys" that move, turn or rotate.

The exhibit opens on January 7, 2010, with cocktails from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. It will be on exhibit until January 28, 2010. The gallery is open Mondays to Thursdays (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Fridays (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Saturdays (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
