Essences of Vietnam: A Food Festival, will run from August 25 to September 5 at Sofitel's acclaimed group of interactive kitchens, Spiral. In celebration of Vietnam's National Day on September 2, the food festival showcases authentic Vietnamese cuisine by renowned master chefs, Somnuck Attawon, Executive Chef of Cham Charm Restaurant in Vietnam, and Le Quang Danh, Executive Chef of Nam Phan Restaurant in Vietnam.
