During TV5's Paparazzi episode on June 27, host Ruffa Gutierrez, 36, revealed that John Lloyd Cruz, 27, was seeing both her and Shaina Magdayao, 20, at the same time, reports PEP.ph.

In response to co-host Cristy Fermin's question, "Pinagsabay ba kayo ni Shaina?" Gutierrez said, "Sinabi niya, hindi, di ba? Ang alam ko kasi, wala silang commitment. Lately lang sila nagkaroon ng commitment. So if you are not dating someone exclusively, na wala naman kayong formal na commitment sa isa't isa... depende sa agreement ninyo yun, e, di ba? I know my agreement with JL. And I don't know what his agreement is with other people."

But when asked if their "agreements" overlapped, she said, "Yes. When I found out that they are officially a couple already...inamin naman sa akin ni JL yun. And we tried naman our best to say goodbye finally. Kasi, di ba, normally when you say goodbye, goodbye na talaga? But some cases, that's really true. But sometimes for some people when you say goodbye, later hello ulit."

But despite Cruz's admission to Gutierrez that he and Shaina were officially seeing each other, they continued to communicate and still called each other on the phone, reports PEP.ph, until Gutierrez decided to stop communicating with him, out of respect to "'yung karelasyon niya ngayon," said Gutierrez.

PEP.ph sought Cruz's reaction on the matter, but he declined, saying, "Tama na. Kung ano ang sinabi niya sa Paparazzi, hanggang dun na lang yun. Tapos na."

Cruz only admitted his relationships with Magdayao and Gutierrez on June 20 on ABS-CBN's The Buzz, a year after a photo of himself and Gutierrez entering a Beverly Hills hotel surfaced, and four months after a photo of himself and Magdayao in a bike shop in Makati came out. Both photos were sent to PEP.ph by its readers, who call themselves "PEPsters."
