@ Jenny, what is OA for you is not OA for others. What is "JUST" for you is not "JUST" for others. You do not have a monopoly of opinion.

    Makamasa, isa ka pang OA.

I'm not saying what you and Marj are posting is false. It's just that, THIS IS JUST A FREAKING PHOTO ALBUM.

The internet is the great leveler. Sa pagpasok ng mga jejemon sa FB, nagalit ang mga pasosyal. Sa totoo lang, lahat ay may karapatang magsalita nang naayon sa kanilang tunay na damdamin na hindi idinikta ng mga elitista.

Oh for Christ sake's Marj, lighten up. Whether you like it or not, DLSU-ADMU games are filled to the rafters, hence the attention it gets.

It's just a freaking basketball game. It's funny that you don't like the attention the last DLSU-ADMU game is being given but ikaw ang pinaka OA magreact. Sinama mo pa si P-Noy at ang simbahang Katoliko sa usapan at pinagyabang pa ang school mo. Ovveerrr.

I expected this kind of retort. I am for fair play and unbiased reporting. That's all. When the public is fed with information that is gathered by a select few (read: elite), that to me is dangerous. Filipinos have predictable responses to issues by using these weapons: "crabs", "bitter", "mahirap lang", "wa afford", "inggit lang", "pangit", "intriga lang", etc. etc. etc. Inclusiveness and diversity are the order of the day. In fact, that was embraced by the new government of PNoy. We can contribute little things to drive for inclusiveness. If you study the top cities of the world and why are they prosperous, its because they are inclusive and diverse (NYC, San Francisco, London, Paris, etc.). While we are in the issue of inclusiveness, the Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of San Francisco discouraged its flock to celebrate weddings outside the Church. Why? They said they want to slowly eliminate division among its flock where the rich want to celebrate the occasion in the club house or mansions while the middle class stays in the Church. Great move. I can't imagine the Church in exclusive-conscious Manila will ever think of that. Disclosure: I was born in the Phil. but I studied in one of the top 10 schools in the world which explains my liberal background. Last time I checked, Ateneo and La Salle were not in that list.

ANIMO ATENEO and ANIMO LA SALLE!! I guess some people here are just jealous, maybe they couldn't pass the entrance exam or they just couldn''t afford the tuition... Oh well, we all can't be as fortunate I guess..

The green or blue slip is showing. It is no different from the Jews controlling Wall Street and Hollywood. Anyway, in relation to this, I sent a letter to Wilson Lee Flores to react to his column in the Philippine Star. He listed around 10 people who are industry heavyweights in the Philippines. Everytime an individual is a graduate of the Ateneo, he mentions it. For non-graduates of the Ateneo he skips the name of the school. I told him if he will write the name of the school for one, he should also write the name of the school of others. What made him think that this school is supra special? Think of the people who made money in the Erap and GMA government. But let us not go there...

All hype. These two schools has never won a UAAP OVERALL/GENERAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
@Marj. Spot.ph even made an article that these two schools are the strongest in the UAAP then someone asked them whats the basis. And suddenly the article was edited...Stongest sa crowd draw."perya"
  • spook Jul 28 2010 @ 08:30am Report Abuse
Rignt marj! other teams like FEU, UST, AdU and UE(because of Paul Lee) are far more exciting ang competitive than those two. College basketball should not be treated like any of your crappy ABS-CBN/GMA primetime shows.
  • Marj Jul 27 2010 @ 08:56am Report Abuse
@spook, I agree. It is all hype. spot is also guilty of contributing to the hype. spot predicted that FEU will win this season. Knowing that, why not feature a FEU game like what you do here? For the record, I am not from FEU. I am for balanced reporting. A majority of spot readers do not care if La Salle wins over Ateneo or vice-versa.
