Wrong info on LBC: They will NOT DELIVER all donations for free. They only ship for free donations that are for their own LBC Foundation. I went to LBC branch in Pasig today and I was shocked when the clerk there asked me for a shipping fee! I was to send goods to our partner organization in Cagayan de Oro, pero sabi ng clerk kapag sa LBC Foundation ka nagbigay, saka lang nila ipapadala yung goods for free. I understand they have a business to keep, but I found their condition very selfish; Buti may JRS Express sa tapat ng LBC, and the clerks at JRS said kahit saang org sa CDO, pinapadala nila ng libre.

I am not endorsing JRS, I am merely stating a fact. Grabeng misinformation ito kasi sa news report and press releases, ang sinasabi lang LBC delivers for free. People should know about this!

@Edwin- Can't believe you can think of those things pa at this time. People who really care will go through the whole list and see where they can donate/volunteer. Doesn't matter who comes first. All those orgs and groups and even the ones not mentioned, big or small, are doing their part. Imbes na magreklamo ka diyan, pwede tumulong ka na lang??

You should had made Philippine Red Cross the first in the list. They are the only one who dares to go in to places where help are needed the most. Plus hindi lang sila pang isang sakuna kundi sa susunod pa.
