Luis's Wipe Out (P100) at Krocodile Grill

This signature drink is Krocodile Grill's bestseller. Possibly derived from the Wipeout, a fruity tropical cocktail served in martini glasses, this version ups the alcohol factor several times with a whopping 11 spirits and a dose of pineapple juice. It makes one wonder who Luis is and if it was slyly named in reference to how he felt after having one too many.

Lychee Martini with Organic Coconut Foam and Molecular Lychee Fruit, (P240) Opus

It has a complicated name, and we can imagine how hard it must be to order while yelling over loud music, but something must be said of its creativity. The lychee martini's much fancier twin sister is painstakingly created with a molecular lychee fruit—a pseudo-lychee made with fruit extract that bursts in your mouth when you bite into it. Pretty cool, huh? Pretty good, too.

If you think this plain-looking drink is nothing like the eccentric pop star it's named after, think again—this pretty pink cocktail will throw a sweet surprise your way when you peek into its recipe.
