    Manny OFFERED to resign. He should have resigned and given the Ateneo Board of Trustees no other choice but to accept had he been sincere. Now the Ateneo is facing a moral dilemma of gargantuan proportions. If they do not accept for practical purposes (money!!!!!), they lose all the moral authority of an academic institution and every smart aleck student caught plagiarizing can point a finger back at St Ignatius.
