    What else is new with Locsin? He made a dirty finger before , fought someone in a congressional session, etc. -- all these shown around the world. Swearing for him is just all in a day's work. Ang bastos na tao damitan mo man ng barong bastos pa rin. Nothing can justify a foul mouth.

    By "incident," I mean the whole cheating thing and such. In a perfect world, Teddy Boy Locsin wouldn't have to come to the point where he as to call out these bastards for being incompetent and "shady" (for lack of a better word). The outrage that he showed is definitely called for here.

    Spot.ph - Why is the lowlight the fact that Locsin lost his temper because the system allowed for cheating and not BECAUSE THERE WAS CHEATING IN THE NATIONAL ELECTIONS?

    We should all be angry. We as a people are far too accepting of corruption. And when someone from the government cries foul, this is a lowlight?

    Aquino has the right idealism but you can’t beat the system.

    Ask Governors Grace Padaca and Ed Panlilio who did major clean-ups only to get decimated by the system a scant 3 years later.

    What Aquino can do is get it started, a few small steps that the next several leaders can progress—or regress—if they so choose.
