CNN's travel site, CNNGo has come up with a list of the "World's 50 Best Surfing Spots." The list was compiled by CNNGo write Jeremy Bremner, who is described "as an avid surfer who has surfed many of these locations." Bremner also feedback  from other professional surfers, as well as information on surfing-waves.com.

Cloud Nine, Siargao Island, Philippines is ranked eighth on the list. Bremner noted: "This dramatic and powerful reef break, which crashes onto shallow razor sharp coral, offers right and left death rides to those who dare."
