    We can really be the friendliest, and we can improve on it still.

    The Filipino hospitality, the fondness we give to foreigners, these I believe contribute to the fact that we project ourselves, generally, as respectful and not rude. We can do better still. One random act of kindness must not be forgotten for it can improve us and therefore, improve our country.

    I think this is good for the pilipinos. This is something that we can be positive about. But, still there is room for improvement.

        This attitude is not exclusive to me, there are other spotters who have this feeling about the Philippines. I am pretty sure, Mark, usisero, tambay sa kanto, filipina ako and hopefully, you have this aspiration for the country. They are the people I came to love in this spot.ph site because we love the Philippines.

        @Glad,
        You will really be surprised. Pag nakita mo na maganda at improved na ang bansa namin. Marami pa rin naman kaming hindi nawawalan ng pag asa at hindi umaalis ng bansa para ipagpalit ang ganda ng Pilipinas. Ang kultura, ang tanawin, ang mga tao at mga talino ng natitira dito ay kamangha-mangha. Ang pagmamahal din ng mga natira dito sa bayan ay hindi mapapalitan ng magagarang ilaw, malamig na panahon mga hindi tunay na yaman ng kalikasan. Simple lang ang Pilipinas at pati mga tao rito.

    Too good to be true. Just don't expect too much. You may not get mugged in Japan, but Brazil and the Caribbean? It could get interesting, especially at Carnaval.
