People who are not in the government are more sincere in helping less fortunate. We expect them to understand the plight of the poor and they are the ones who are willing to do the dirty job just to be of service. They are real.

why is that the people who really makes a difference in other peoples' lives are those who are never in the gov`t seats, and they are the one who really cares. These people who are never afraid to walked the dirty and dark alleys, who hears and really listens to those who are in need and keep their promises without expecting anything in return especially during the election.

They are the most sincere and they can see the reality from where they are. Therefore, they understand better and thus, they can give effective solutions to people who really needs it.

Ilac Diaz's advocacies sure make sense. Builds houses for people who have less in life, gives them free lighting for their homes. While the haciendero is neither here nor there on such matters and on these days of impeachment will love to pound the nails on the chief justice's cross, one guy quietly does his work and gives back.

This is interesting. The second ever to be awarded to agency from the Philippines. I am positive, since this is the second then more to come. Isang Litrong Liwanag is an innovative project to address less fortunate people's needs. This is really nice.
