Negros Occidental woman decapitated, head placed under Christmas tree
ABS-CBNNews.com, citing a dzMM report, reveals that "a severed head, belonging to 70-year-old victim Nenita Aguirre, was discovered placed under the family’s Christmas tree in their home in Barangay 7, Moises Padilla,Negros Occidental at past 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27."

ABS-CBNNews.com, citing a dzMM report, reveals that "a severed head, belonging to 70-year-old victim Nenita Aguirre, was discovered placed under the family's Christmas tree in their home in Barangay 7, Moises Padilla,Negros Occidental at past 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27."

 

The report revealed: "Senior Inspector Robert Mansueto of the Moises Padilla police said they have arrested the victim's 37-year-old son, Joji, for the crime. He said police cannot question Joji properly because he is suffering from mental illness. Joji said he felt sad about his mother's death but cannot recall what happened."

    It is a good argument for capital punishment. As one pastor succintly put it, if the fine for jaywalking is upped to 1,000 pesos, hardly anyone will dare jaywalk. It is a deterrent. Likewise with bestialities/heinous crimes. If there's no certainty of punishment, evil rises.
