" Philippine Constitution Issue ".. 21st century..

" Philippine Congress must do " feasible-studies " to change or amend the constitution

to become " Federal government " with free states that will regulate their commerce -

business and trade..Basically, similar to the USA... Free states..

Each state will be Responsible for their own state revenues, local issue, etc.

Each state will have two ( 02 ) senators that will represent their state region, One will

served locally and the other one will represent the state to the Federal government national

issue.. People will " vote locally for their state representative and state local government

official..Similar to the USA... Additional congress is needed to represent the state, Local

state congress representative for the region and state congress for federal government that

represent the state to national government.. Similar to the USA...

The system will allowed to empowered the Local people to Vote for election and make their

own choice.. free choice.. and set their destiny for the good of the majority of the people.

Lawyers are needed to make up the state legislative body and the local people will " Vote "

for state by assembly in their own local district... State revenues, city revenues, county

revenues will be established for the state-local-government.. Organized the system..

Local government will increased the jobs and revenues for the local people..Wealth

and revenues will be distributed equally to the local people..State accounting office

will be established, state local audit office will be established..jobs for accountant..

Each state will make their own states laws that is in accordance with the National government

Constitution...( Federal government )...F r e e d o m to " VOTE "...

Age requirement to Vote for local election ; 15 years old.. for the state..

Age requirement to Vote for National federal government.. 18 years old..

Note :

Local empowered state government of the people is better than the present national

constitution, thus, Philippine Congress must do " Feasible studies " of the Philippine

constitution and make the necessary adjustment for the good of the majority of the people.

We are in the 21st century and the Philippine population is over 112 Million people, thus,

change is needed for the 21st century..Philippine Congress must move with the time

forward for the good of the majority people...

" Russian Women Issue ".. Year 2012-13..

The number of " Russian women including the former " USSR " women did increased their

presence in the USA through Migration...

In California alone, there is 1.2 million Russian and the Numbers continue to grow... why ?

No one shall be allowed to buy more than 20 % of the stocks in one entity..

" Stocks market must be open in public with clear transparent system..

Limited " stocks " at 20 % shall be allowed to buy one person, or One entity, or

one company.. the rest of the stocks must be sold to the public..

Set rules : No one will own more than 20 % of the stocks market.. Set Limit..

Philippine Congress must ensure that there will be No manipulation of the " stocks-market "

and that the buyer will have sufficient money to cover the lost..

You can buy as many " stocks " you want but you will be limited to buy " stocks " at 20 %

in one company, or one corporation or public business organization..set the rules congress.

Public workers must have share of the " stocks market " by salary deduction from their

pay check every pay day..option.. individual option.. the public government employee will

" Lonely Women in America Issue ".. Year 2013-30 : American Women Aging..

Big cities in America gradually decline in population that resulted in shortage of Men,

however, there are plenty of old men available in the smaller states, small cities, small

county of USA.. The old retired men baby boomers are moving out from the big cities and

they preferred to live in a smaller states such as " Arizona, Nevada, Guam, Hawaii island,

Oregon states, and some small parts county of California.. others will live in foreign-countries..

USA Census Population growth of the USA is only 9 % resulted year 2010.. Decline of

USA population in the big cities is the result of old retired American Men baby boomers

that are moving out from the big cities of America and live in a smaller states..

Big cities of America are : New York City, Chicago city, Houston ,Texas.. L.A. California and

San Francisco, Ca... San Diego, Ca..etc.. One third ( 1/3 ) of the population in the big cities

of America is in decline and gradually will continue to decline till the year 2030... The entire

USA population will be in decline by the year 2042-- 50... Europe will continue to have

Less and Less population.. USA is the 3rd largest population in the world, however, by the

year 2021-50, the USA population will be in decline.. Today, advance industrialized countries

will have their population in decline. There are plenty of old baby boomers world wide but

they are getting older and due to retired by the year 2008-30 and they will begin to passed

away ( die ) gradually by the year 2021-30....The good news, we will experience significant

economic growth for all advance industrialized countries by the year 2021--30..such as

" Japan, Australia, Canada, Europe, USA.. Job opportunities in these countries will be

enormous with greater chances to move up to higher ladder ( promoted )....Good news...

The number of women to be promoted to the next ladder is excellent due to old retired

baby boomers, thus, there is a vacancy for all new comers employee and promotion to

move up to the next rank for those waited for many years in the USA.. There are 51.9 %

women retired old baby boomers by the year 2020 in the USA, thus, there are plenty of

job opportunities for women to move up to the next ladder and jobs opportunities for

women to joined the workforce..Today, year 2012--15 women are gradually getting promoted

to higher rank in all jobs vacancy and there are plenty of jobs open for women in the USA.

Year 2020: 78 Million American Retired Baby boomers and 51.9 % are Women, thus, there

are plenty of jobs open to women today for those that are interested to work, live in the USA.

There are more women then Men, thus, there are plenty of jobs of women in the USA....

Good news for women : Excellent jobs opportunities for those interested to live in the USA..

The bad news: Loneliness of Women : The shortage of Men will continue to decline for

all " advance industrialized countries " and much more so by the year 2021--30..

Social Internet : Women world wide are seeking American men to marry for better jobs

opportunities in the USA.. There are Over 50 Million women worldwide in the Internet

that are seeking American Men to marry for better jobs opportunities in the USA..

There are jobs opportunities for women in all " advance industrialized countries ", however,

America will absorbed the greater numbers of Immigrants with 20 million new jobs open

to all new migrant workers by the year 2021--30.. It is predicted that by the year 2021-30

there will be over 100 Million Women seeking American Men to marry for better jobs

opportunities in the USA..at social internet... USA : The USA population is in decline by

for the vacancy...and there are some new entry level job position open to all Americans..

Millions of new jobs open annually by the year 2013-20..If you are Not very sensitive and

you are willing to start with any jobs open, there are plenty of new jobs open by the year

2013--20..From Clerical jobs--to-- highly skilled position.. or entry jobs level--to- the next

higher position are open..It is up to you to grab the opportunities and move up to the next

ladder of higher rank.. step-by steps.. Weak, or shy women or women that are Not ready

to move up will be left behind. Opportunities knocks, you must grab the opportunity..

Education with experience is preferred..but there are some new entry level open to all

people for men and women.. For those that are seeking American Men to marry to work

and want to live in the USA will have to compete harder because there is a shortage of

American Men today and the numbers will be in decline till the year 2030..Young

beautiful women that are selected to become " soul mate " are lucky because most Men

are not interested to get married, they simply want to have date for socialized because

the words " marriages " is Not taking seriously . Marriages is a Commitment that are

belong to matured people.Socialized dating is normal but marriages is Not easy to do

for most men...Women worldwide must be more aggressive and take the first Initiative

to win their " soul mate "..because there is a " shortage of Men " in all advance-industrialized

countries...and much more difficult for women to seek " soul mate " by the year 2021--30 and

much more so for those older women at age of 27- 30 years old... Dating, socialized is easy

but marriages is Not easy one to take.. Younger women at age of 18-26 years old have better

chances than the older women to seek their " soul mate ".. Good Luck women..

The chief supreme court justice must upheld the highest honors, integrity and protect the

majority of the people for the good of the country... If the chief justice can NO longer hold

the highest honor, integrity, he can resigned with dignity. However, he should Not do so at this

time, he must stay foot and complete his term.. Chief Justice Corona should consider become

politician since he is popular with all the news..after he completed his term..Who knows, he

probably will consider to become " Senator " next election..or even possibly the next vice-

president of the Philippines.. He is expert in every aspects of the Philippines Laws..He is

the US Economy will move forward by the year 2013--20.. US Infrastructure alone will

The sad news is, " real-estate housing market equity " will Not build up till the year 2021--30.

Buying new house with bank finance interest rate will remained Low interest till the year 2013.

Global economic recovery will gradually improved by the year 2013-20....

exist due to old retired world wide baby boomers....Japan, Australia, Canada, Europe, USA..

" Statistic Census USA Issue".. Year 2010 : US Population did grow the average of nine ( 9%)

from 2000-10, however, it is predicted the US Population growth for the year 2020 will be

Less than 7 %... Primary reason for less population growth is the weak economy.

American people tend to to postpone the " marriages " or having any child during weak

economic recession, or slow economy... We will have less workforce by the year 2021-30

to continue the US Economic growth, thus, US Congress may increased the need of the

" Working Visa " as the economy dictates...No one knows the exact outcome of the

US Economy by the year 2021-30 but " war " is predicted every ten ( 10 ) years..

America does Not have the capability to go to two ( 02 ) wars at the same time in terms

of conventional warfare, thus, USA military force will have to use " A- bomb " or other

method to win the " war "... Conventional warfare required manpower with skilled soldiers

sailors, airmen to fight the war.. It is possible to increased the manpower of the US military

force by the year 2021 to face two ( 02 ) wars at the same time.. US Reserved forces..

will be activated if war becomes " imminent "..The wisdom to know the future and " Win "

decisive battle is vital for the USA to stay afloat and the allied forces..The entire world

economy will depend upon the " Leadership " of America to move forward with full speed..
