Bazaars sprout all over the metro during the Christmas season and for good reason: they're a treasure trove for unique, never-before-seen items as well as standard gifts--all of which you can get for cheap if armed with mad haggling skills. One weekend, SPOT.ph scoured the Noel Discovery Bazaar at the World Trade Center in Pasay, Shop @ The Fort in Taguig, and Rockwell Moonlit Bazaar in Makati.
