"President Arroyo's coffin": Booboo or Freudian Slip?

In various reports today were serious errors in the coverage of the late President Cory Aquino's funeral.

This appeared in the Manila Bulletin:

And this is a screen capture of a report that came out in Yahoo News Philippines, taken from a Philstar.com report:

"...went straight to the coffin of former President Arroyo...."

    A Freudian slip, or parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is interpreted as occurring due to the interference of some unconscious ('dynamically repressed') wish, conflict, or train of thought.

    A verbal mistake that is thought to reveal an unconscious belief, thought, or emotion.

    Several publications, same error? Fruedian slip talaga.

    hey.. THESE are total slips!!! even if these are booboos, the more the subconscious of these people are of wishes that the present president is dead....
    no need for interpretations... =)

    That’s too embarassing for tita Cory to be mistaken as Arroyo. Tita Cory is too honest and compassionate to people around her. Even its only her coffin, putting Arroyo’s name instead of her name is way way out of line. Tita Cory is blessed and well respected by the people of the Philippines. Never mind , Arroyo-. no comment about her. <<<<< GANYAN TALAGA PAG MAGALING KA DI KA MAKAKALIMUTAN NG MGA TAO KAYA LAGI NABABANGGIT PANGALAN MO KAHIT HINDI IKAW YUN. HAHAHAHA

    ít's obvious that it's a booboo, look at how many people turned up at to send Tita Cory off... I don't think people this much will turn up to mourn if God finally answers our prayers and PGMA conks out (kasi 'mabait' siya). :) Love the post! Love it!!

    Wishful thinking.

    But there is a serious breach of journalistic professionalism. People may hate Gloria, but someone was just too casual with his/her job. Remember, casualness breeds casualty.

    BTW, got this anonymous text last night:
