The now-famous inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) will be included in a worldwide-release production according to Michael Jackson choreographer Travis Payne, reports the Manila Bulletin.

Payne personally spoke with Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia about his intentions to work with the inmates. According to the Philippine Star, he paid a two-day visit to the CPDRC on January 17 and 18, to teach the moves to "The Drill," the final number he choreographed with the King of Pop before his death in June last year. In an interview quoted by the Bulletin, Payne said, "It is a wonderful partnership in just spreading love and peace. I think that with Jackson at the center of everything. It is really a blessing to be here."

According to Byron Garcia, Capitol consultant on security matters, the choreography will be part of an undisclosed production number, reports the Bulletin. Garcia, who organized the dancing activity for the inmates, expressed his enthusiasm by saying that their collective efforts had finally paid off.

CPDRC inmates perform "Dangerous"

The inmates performed Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us" last January 16 for their Sinulog presentation. This would be their fourth Jackson number to date (including Thriller, Dangerous, and their Jackson Medley Tribute). They were also featured in "The Official Michael Jackson Opus," a 404-page art book dedicated to the King of Pop, reports the Bulletin.
