Michael Kevin Lallana, who was identified as Filipino by his friends and classmates, was arrested this week for ejaculating into the water bottle of an unnamed female co-worker on two separate occasions in California, reports BalitangAmerica.tv.
The prosecutors claimed the first incident occurred in January at the Newport Beach office of the company Lallana and the woman work for, the Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, reports The Los Angeles Times. The woman fell ill after drinking from a bottle of water containing semen, which Lallana left on her desk. Three months later, the same thing allegedly happened at the Orange County office. Instead of throwing the bottle away like she did the first time, the woman sent it to a laboratory for analysis. She reported the incidents to the police who later matched the semen in the water bottle to Lallana's DNA, which he voluntarily gave to the police during the investigation.
Lallana, 31, was "charged with two misdemeanor counts of releasing offensive materials in public and assault (and) faces possible charges of committing a crime for sexual gratification," according to BalitangAmerica.tv. If found guilty, he could be imprisoned for up to three years and be required to register as a sex offender. He was dismissed from Northwestern Mutual Investment Services after his supervisor got wind of the allegations, according to The Los Angeles Times. BalitangAmerica.tv reports that Lallana is out on bail and his arraignment is on September 14.
"It shocks the conscience... These are not charges you see every day," Orange County Deputy District Attorney Bobby Taghavi told The Los Angeles Times.
