(SPOT.ph) Anti-Reproductive Health (RH) Bill advocate Rep. Manny Pacquiao's wife Jinkee has admitted that she used to take birth control pills and that her husband was not aware of it, reports ABS-CBN News. She claimed that she immediately stopped once he found out that she was using pills, which to the Catholic Church are abortifacients. The news comes after a Philippine Star article published in January, where Jinkee admitted to using contraceptive pills, circulated online this week.
"(That) time, 'di pa naman issue ang RH Bill," Jinkee said in a text message to ABS-CBN reporter Dyan Castillejo. ("At the time I was taking the pills, the RH Bill wasn't a big issue yet.")
She added, "I am definitely Anti RH Bill, I will stand by my husband's conviction."

It's completely hypocritical for this Pacquiao family to DARE share the limelight regarding the RH Bill issue and be an advocate for ProLife, values etc., trying to portray that they are a model family for all Filipino families to admire, when in fact Manny's mom has long been estranged to her alcoholic and abusive husband and Manny has been rumored having have had affairs (for all we know, he used condom?!) with a gazillion of sexy startlets (while poor Jinkee tries BOTOX to keep her man behave)! Your FAMILY, no matter how rich or famous, have noooo... CREDIBILITY to speak for the learned Filipinos.

funny na kung sino pa yung ibang mayaman eh sila yung tipid sa pag-aanak just to give them the best education and future. sa atin, the more na mahirap, mas madaming anak. i came from a family of 5, youngest ako, good thing that my dad had a good job in the mideast pero may sakripisyo on our part. why do parents leave their children in the philippines para paalila sa ibang bansa kasi alam nila na hindi magiging sapat yung kikitain sa atin. this issue will never end as long as we don't open our ears and hear reason from both sides. and to think that priest (most of them) eh walang sariling pamilyang itataguyod ang mas may alam sa issue na ito. God has given us free will, it's up to us on how we are going to act on it.

Kung sa ibang bansa po ito, the credibility (as if naman meron nga) of Rep. Pacquiao could have been instantly diminished after Jinkee said that she used birth control pills. But again, this is the Philippines where comedy acts are a way of life. Masdan po ninyo ang Batasan habang may serious debates like RH - may naglalakad, may nag tetext, may gumagamit ng cell phone, may kumukuha ng video, may nakikinig, may umiidlip.
