Interaksyon.com reports that on Tuesday, November 15, former actress Nadia Montenegro filed a joint reply affidavit, accusing Annabelle Rama of child abuse and exploitation and oral defamation. Rama used to be the talent manager of Montenegro's daughters Alyanna and Annyka Asistio.

For some reason, Montenegro revealed to reporters that Rama's daughter, actress-TV host Ruffa Gutierrez, had attacked her in a "DM" (direct message or private message) on Twitter. The Interaksyon.com report disclosed: "Montenegro said that Gutierrez called her an 'ungrateful piece of (unmentionable).'"

Montenegro went on to clarify that her friend, veteran actress Daisy Romualdez, who is also Rama's friend, was not instigating her to go against Rama. "I don’t need anyone to encourage me to fight for my children who were wronged,” she said.

Perhaps overcome with emotion, Montenegro was already crying when she addressed Rama. "Ipaglalaban ko, ipaglalaban ko. Hindi ako titigil, maniwala ka Annabelle hindi ako titigil (I’ll keep fighting, I'll keep fighting. Believe me, I won’t stop, Annabelle, I won’t stop).”

Montenegro reiterated that Rama had badmouthed Alyanna, 17 and Annyka, 15 before network executives. She also disclosed that Rama had earned P600,000 in manager’s fees from each child, and not the paltry P3,000 that Rama claimed she was getting.

In her joint reply affidavit, Montegro also debunked claims that her family was starving, forcing her to make her children work. She revealed that they lived in a comfortable house and had six cars.

Montenegro and Rama will face off before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court on November 29 .
