Cebu Pacific named "Low-Cost Carrier of the Year" in 2012 Budgie$ & Travel Awards in Singapore

(SPOT.ph) Cebu Pacific Air was named the"Low-Cost Carrier of the Year" at the 2012 Budgie$ & Travel Awards, which was held at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Cebu Pacific's president and CEO Lance Gokongwei was also named "CEO of the Year." Cebu Pacific was up against other low-cost airlines in the Asia Pacific region.

 

According to the data on its website, the the Budgie$ & Travel Awards are given in conjunction with Low Cost Airlines World Asia Pacific and Travel Distribution World Asia. It aims to recognize the standouts in Asia's low-cost airline industry.
