ABS-CBNNews.com reports that 83 restaurants in the Philippines have been shortlisted for the 2012/2013 edition of the Miele Guide, which covers the best dining spots in 18 Asian countries. Netizens may vote for up to three restaurants in the country they live in via an online poll on the Miele Guide website, the report said. They may also nominate a new restaurant. The report quoted the Miele Guide's rules for voters: "When voting, please consider food quality, ambience and service level. You should have eaten in the restaurant in the past 18 months and are not an owner or employee."
