Manny Pacquiao's advice to Raymart Santiago and Mon Tulfo: "Love one another"

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, in an interview broadcast on GMA 7's 24 Oras, offerred some advice to actor Raymart Santiago and Mon Tulfo, who figured in a well-publicized brawl at the NAIA 3 on Sunday, May 6.

 

ABS-CBNNews.com quoted Pacquiao, who addressed Santiago and Tulfo with a verse from the Bible's Book of James: "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this, everyone should take time to listen. 'Human anger does not accomplish the righteousness of God.'" In closing Pacquiao told the two men: "Love one another."

    To paraphrase that movie title, too many people chose to tread the road to perdition because they fail to heed those three little words. The world wouldn't be such a screwed up place if, say, those kissing cousins, the Arabs and the Jews, would cut the rest of the world a break, and "Love one another."
