ABS-CBNNews.com reports that former Caloocan City Mayor Macario "Boy" Asistio Jr. has filed a libel and unjust vexation complaints against Annabelle Rama with the Caloocan Prosecutor’s Office. It said the complaints stemmed from the long-standing feud between Rama and Asistio’s partner, Nadia Montenegro. Asistio said he didn’t want to get involved in the fight of the two women, but admitted being hurt by Rama’s statements against him on the microblogging site Twitter.
Rama, on the other hand, said she is too busy to pay attention to the newly filed case. “No comment ako sa mga nagdedemanda d’yan. Busy ang beauty ko sa meetings para sa shows ng mga alaga ko,” the feisty talent manager reportedly said on Twitter. Her lawyer, Atty. Calleja, also refused to comment, saying they have yet to receive a copy of the complaint.
