ABS-CBNnews.com reports: "The Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) on Thursday, December 5, issued a gag order against boxing champ Manny Pacquiao and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on the former’s tax case." That means CTA First Division presiding judge Roman del Rosario "ordered both camps to stop speaking about Pacquiao’s tax case publicly."
The report quoted Pacquiao’s lawyer Jason Fernandez, who said that "the gag order also includes Pacquiao’s mother Dionesia and other personalities involved in the case."
The next hearing for Pacquiao’s tax issues has been reset to January 16, 2014.
