(SPOT.ph) Being declared “Best Dressed” doesn’t automatically go to the one with the fanciest designer gown. Apart from having killer fashion sense, a chic sort of confidence counts: that certain effortless panache that can make a simple cotton dress look like a thousand-dollar frock; the self-assured glow that makes men turn heads, and more important (in the fashion world at least), women turn a shade greener with envy.
We looked back at this year’s outfits and their wearers, and from feathers and sequins to bright colors and bare backs, we picked out the ones who took style up a notch.
