(SPOT.ph) Ask anyone where to find the best places to eat lasagnas are, and the usual answer you'll get is, ““My lola’s/mother’s/father’s/tita’s/cousin’s/uncle’s, etc.” This rich pasta is the ultimate homey dish: rich tomato meat sauce and creamy béchamel sauce sandwiched between layers of pasta, baked, and then sprinkled liberally with grated parmesan. The best thing about the lasagna, though, isn’t just what it’s composed of. It’s what it tastes like the day after – even more delicious and flavorful than the day it was made.
