I went there this afternoon, excited to have a Brazilian Blowout. I had called a week in advance to make an appointment, and double checked that they were using Brazilian Blowout products, and not KeraSilk or KeraTherapy or some other kind... They apparently were. APPARENTLY.
I got to the salon today, and as my hair was being shampooed, they started trying to sell me on KeraSilk instead. I already told them no, I don't want KeraSilk, I made the appointment because you said you had BB... so what is it really?
Turns out, they are "phasing out" Brazilian Blowout at their salon, and didn't bother informing me of this when they took my appointment down. They did not have enough product to do my hair, and also didn't tell me this a week ago when I first made the appointment and told them my hair was past shoulder length.
AND to top it all off, they didn't even apologize!!! As if this whole fiasco was just a matter of fact?!
COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I walked out.
Please, if you're trying to find a salon that is relaxing and NOT stressful, go somewhere else. Creations by Lourd Ramos is the least efficient and worst run place I've ever been to (in Manila and abroad).

I'm a huge Piandre fan. My entire family swears by that chain- we have our hair treatments, hair cut, and foot spa there. My mother, my sister, and my daughter go- and while it does look like a pricey salon, it's surprising that it's one of the most affordable of the list. Great customer service in Libis, Alona's the best- I really feel like a queen there!

Where's Profiles Salon, Katipunan? I love that place; they have competitive prices matched, great staff that provides excellent services. Plus, they serve this special blend of iced tea that you just can't get anywhere else AND it's refillable.

@ bridget Why the need to list the cheap salons when everyone knows where to find them? Spot.ph listed the good ones that are pricey because you get what you pay for.

these salons are all high end and located in either makati or 5 star hotels and malls, price ranges for services are not affordable to ordinary Pinoys...can you make a list for middle and low income group Pinoys next time?
