Charice tackles bravery in latest video, “Louder”

Charice's latest single, "Louder"

(SPOT.ph) International singing sensation Charice flaunts a more mature side in her latest video, “Louder,” which debuted in Japan on October 18. The song, which is part of her album, Infinity, talks about independence and strength in overcoming obstacles. With over 69,000 views on Facebook, the video features a blinged out Charice singing and dancing under the rain, and a lot of hair-whipping and splashing.

Charice expressed her excitement over her latest project in an interview with Teen.com in May. “I can totally dedicate that to all the haters out there. You know, like, I don’t need you. I don’t need no shoulder, you know? I’m gonna be a soldier,” she said. “That’s why it’s called 'Louder' because you being brave is so much louder than you being weak.” Around that time, Charice also dealt with bullies online who criticized her weight after her appearance on the Glee season finale.

“Louder” was also used as background music for the Oprah Winfrey Network's (OWN) promotional video in August.

I'd be happy if Charice nets $3,000,000 a year for the next 25 years in a solid singing career. By the time she hits 45 she could easily accumulate $100,000,000. That's pretty good.

GLEEs tv ratings went down by 26% since Charice left at the end of Glee season 2. Glee lost at least 500,000 Pinoy viewers and according to showbiz news Glee has sent out signals they want Charice back. Maybe a $100,000 per episode deal and a longer acting scenes could bring her back ? Nakakainggit si Charice, member siya ng Screen Actors Guild of America. Pag nanalo si Charice ng Grammy, A-List celeb na siya. Grabe work ethic ni Charice.

I hope Charice makes $100M USD before she's 22. A Grammy win in 2012 will make that a reality.
