Purveyr Fair Returns With a Two-Day Gathering of Local Creatives

(SPOT.ph) 2022 is marked as the return of our favorite art fairs, community bazaars, and other live events that we missed out on at the height of the pandemic. One of them is PURVEYR Fair, which is formerly known as Pursuit Fair from 2016 to 2019, happening from November 18 to 19 at the Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City. Dubbed "a gathering on creativity and culture," PURVEYR Fair aims to showcase fashion brands, independent artists, retail concepts, and other creative collectives through a marketplace set-up.

Everything You Need to Know About Purveyr Fair 2022

The two-day cultural event is scheduled on November 18, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and on November 19, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It has two main parts: the Creative Marketplace and the Creative Conference.

Merchants for the Creative Marketplace are Art Toys PH, Novice, Neighborhood Goods, Know The Culture, Staff Co., Hiccup Store, Wævy, We Drool, Ever Since, A-Z, Homme Boy, Sports Paradise, Yana Ofrasio, Agini, Sunki, SUOT, Sober Kids, Blank Six, Local Minds, Kill Joy Studios, Hustle Club, KLTRD, The Twelfth House, Radio Hi, Midtown Crossing, Synopsiiis, Bastard, Nobody, CinemaSun, Episodes, Blocks, RUA, Salad Day, Strongvillage, Thank You, Enimal, SNK ATK, Proudrace, Buzzhype, Randolf, Medium, KalawakanSpacetime, Garapata, and Yardstick. Food and beverage brands, such as Tetsuo, Kurimu, Convenience, Bubu Bars, Only Pans, and Bombvinos, are also joining in.

Six different talks are scheduled for the Creative Conference:

November 18, Friday

• 5 p.m. Authenticity and the Creative Practice: Staying True to your Roots
• 7 p.m. The Power of Small Business in the Modern World

November, Saturday

• 11 a.m. Coexistence in the Creative Industries: Creating Equity and Safer Spaces
• 2 p.m. Cultivating the Third Space: Businesses and their Communities
• 4 p.m. Going Hyperlocal: Decolonized Frameworks and Circular Production
• 6 p.m. Heritage Clothing: Redefining Luxury through Value

Beats by famous local DJs are expected to fill the physical space and amp up the creative atmosphere of PURVEYR Fair. Up on deck are Daze, Bedspacer, and Wilson Ang on the first day; and Yela Renee, sleepy pasta, soft as silk, The Vanstock, Teegee, Alexanda b2b Jia the Menace on the second day.

As a major sponsor, Vans is also hosting a pocket event to celebrate the skate subculture. There are live art sessions and a skate demo by Vans PH Skate Team on November 18 and skate clinic sessions on November 19.

Purveyr Fair 2022 is from November 18 to 19 at Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Access to Marketplace is P500 for a two-day pass and P300 for a one-day pass. Access to both Marketplace and Conference is P1,200 for a two-day pass and P800 for a one-day pass.
