(SPOT.ph) Considering doughnuts are a dime a dozen in these parts, it takes a truly special version to stand out. One of the relative newcomer darlings of the past few years? Molly’s Donuts & Asian Café, which has gone on to gain a fair following for their great-quality, reasonably priced take on the fried pastry. It's well worth hitting up their OG branch in Pasig, but if you're from the North, you're in even better luck: Molly's is heading to Quezon City very soon!

Dessert fans of the North, don't miss the upcoming pop-up of doughnut shop Molly's Donuts:

Molly's first teased about their upcoming North visit with a social media post. "[Popping] up soon," the caption reads, and attached is a photo of a doughnut with the words "Hey QC, see you soon!". Molly's isn't opening a branch in the area, unfortunately, but shares with SPOT.ph that they're holding a pop-up "for a few days" at Mad Mark'sUP Town Center this coming June.

The pop-up menu will include their "most popular flavors available"—fingers crossed that includes the SPOT.ph team picks of their Lady Grey Tea and Nutty Chocolate doughnuts. "Some of the other flavors will [also] be in and out during the duration of the pop-up."

No exact dates have been announced as of writing, but you bet we'll be updating you on that as soon as possible! Either way, here's something to get excited about: Molly's shares that if the event "goes well" they'll be "[exploring] having something more permanent in the area."
