Txoko highlights asador cooking, which involves meat and seafood grilled over wood and charcoal. Just some of the grilled meats to look forward to are the Cuarto de Lechazo, Patatas e Hinojo (P5,500), or suckling lamb quarter, panadera potato, and fennel; and the Cuarto de Cochinillo (P2,100), or suckling pig quarter, salad, and revolcona potatoes.
