ICYMI: Project Pie Is Back in Makati and Antipolo

(SPOT.ph) Pizza, as you know, is well-loved in these parts—and though pies with tried-and-tested, pre-selected toppings are great, there's also something especially fun (and empowering!) about being able to craft up your very own combos. So it's no surprise that Project Pie won over the hearts and tastebuds of pizza enthusiasts when they opened shop in Manila in the early 2010s, and continued to expand with more branches the city over. Those same hearts were broken as they closed all but one of those locations in 2017, that one remaining location being in Alabang—but if you're located far from the area and have been missing their pies for too long, we've got great news. The pizza shop has reopened their branches at Shopwise in Makati and Antipolo.

As with their previous outposts, Project Pie's new shops at Shopwise Makati and Antipolo have a great selection of savory eats—the star of which are their pizzas. You can save yourself the decision fatigue by going for one of their signature variants, like the Hamlet (P239) that brings together rich-savory prosciutto and subtly sweet caramelized onions, or the Woody (P239) that goes the Southern-American direction with chicken, cilantro, gorgonzola, mozzarella, red onions, and barbecue sauce. They've also got larger, eighteen-inch pizzas like the Pepperoni (P549) and Creamy Spinach and Artichoke (P689) that you're free to share away. You could even exercise your power to choose by going for the Build Your Own (P249) option, which lets you craft up your own topping combos on their thin and crisp signature crust!

Outside pizza, you'll also find pasta dishes like the meaty Bolognese (P149) and creamy-cheesy Carbonara (P149), as well as other Western comfort fare like the Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger (P159) and Fried Chicken (starts at P129/one piece chicken with rice). End your meal on a sweet note with one of their famous dessert pizzas—namely the S'Mores (P129) and the Banana Nutella (P129).
