LOOK: Hit Up This New Starbucks on the Way to La Union's Sunny Beaches

(SPOT.ph) It's no secret that La Union is one of the country's top road trip destinations. People from all over flock to the province to laze around on its many beaches, ride the waves, and dine at the many food haunts popping up in and around its beach towns. More often than not, trips to La Union start early in the morning and for excited city folk, long before they've had their first dose of caffeine for the day. This poses a problem for those who can't function without their coffee fix (us included), but hey, a new option has just opened up. If you're on your way to sunny Elyu, note that a new Starbucks branch just popped up in San Fernando, La Union, and it's open from 6 a.m. 'til 12 m.n.

The new Starbucks in La Union is right along the MacArthur Highway, which for those who aren't that good with directions, was once the main thoroughfare from the Metro to the north. Now there are new tollways, but you'll still have to pass through the good ol' MacArthur from time to time to get between towns.

Looks-wise it's your standard Starbucks outpost, but this time it's decked out in tropical-themed beach decor highlighting a lot of teals, browns, and greens.

Excited to hit the waves and got no time for a sit-down cup of joe? Don't worry. This new Starbucks has a drive-thru. So you can have your Starbies fix on the go or at the beach.
