Southies, Release Your Anger at This New Rage Room in Parañaque
(SPOT.ph) Whether it's the Metro Manila heat, rising prices of goods, or your company's insistence to return to the office (despite proof of a decrease in productivity), there are plenty of things that cause stress in our day-to-day lives. Sure, there are many ways to release some pent-up anger, say, getting professional help or des-tressing after work. But there's also The Rage Room in Parañaque City, where throwing plates and glass bottles on the wall is encouraged for a good 15 minutes (or more, if you really need it).

What to Know About The Rage Room
The Rage Room, which officially launched on March 18, is found along President's Avenue in BF Homes, Parañaque City. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Rates start at P120 for 15 minutes. Guests also get protective gear, such as a helmet and a pair of safety goggles so you can smash stuff with ease. You can even request to have a photo of someone you really hate (e.g. an ex) plastered on the wall to give you more motivation to break things.
They also take pride in being the "first-ever rage room with a coffee shop." You can cool down with a 16-oz cup of Iced Caramel Macchiato for P130 or calm your nerves with a hot cup of Matcha Latte for P110. There's nothing that coffee can't fix, after all.
The Rage Room is at 12 President's Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque City. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, follow The Rage Room on Facebook.
