(SPOT.ph) If there's anything we can take away from the last two years (and counting), it's that some industries can actually thrive without an office space. Some employees—especially those in the publishing, marketing, and creative sectors—only need a laptop or a smartphone and stable Internet connection. This also means you can actually work in a swanky hotel space if you want to. Enter Okada Manila in Parañaque City, which is set to open its Executive Lounge on October 5.

What to expect at the Executive Lounge of Okada Manila:

Located on the 19th floor of the Coral Wing, Okada Manila's Executive Lounge features over 600 square meters of space with couches for lounging, tables for small groups, and two boardrooms for 12 people each that can be reserved for meetings. It also has two computer pods, which guests can use on a first-come-first-served basis. It's almost like a coworking space, except you have a view of Manila Bay behind floor-to-ceiling glass windows as well as elegant furniture.

You can have your breakfast, snacks, and cocktails at the Executive Lounge.

Guests with access to the Executive Lounge have their own breakfast spread from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., so you don't have to join the morning crowd at the Medley Buffet. You can also order a la carte meals like an avocado toast, smoothie bowl, wonton noodle soup, or champorado.

Cocktails and beer with bar chow are served from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; and you can order a la carte dishes to go with your drinks, like chicken fingers, pork sausage, and fusilli. The rest of the day—specifically from 11 a.m. onwards, you can snack on cookies (in cute cookie jars), salads, and sandwiches. You can also have coffee, tea, and fruit juice any time of the day. We're already sold at the mention (and sight) of all-day coffee.

There are two meeting rooms that can each sit up to 12 people.
